This workshop is designed to be accessible, playful, and supportive, whether you’re completely new to AcroYoga or have practiced before and want to refine your foundations. You’re welcome exactly as you are.

What to Expect

A welcoming start
We’ll begin with a gentle warm-up and simple partner exercises to build connection, trust, and clear communication.

The three roles of AcroYoga
You’ll be guided through all three roles in a safe and progressive way:

  • Base – learning how to support and create stability

  • Flyer – exploring balance, alignment, and trust

  • Spotter – developing safety, awareness, and clear communication

You’ll rotate roles throughout the workshop so everyone gets a full and balanced experience.

For beginners and beyond
If you’re new to AcroYoga, you’ll learn strong, safe foundations. If you’ve practiced before, you’ll deepen your understanding of technique, communication, and the three roles through refined drills and partner work.
