By accessing and using the Within Retreat website, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions of use. These terms, along with our privacy policy, govern the relationship between Within Retreat and you, the user or viewer of our website and studio. Please be aware that we reserve the right to modify, alter, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to regularly check our website for updates. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our website.
All the material on the website is subject to copyright owned by Within Retreat, unless otherwise indicated. The registered or unregistered trademarks used on the website belong to their respective owners.

By attending classes at our studio, you agree to the following terms:
1) Waiver & Health Policy
- Participation is at your own risk; the studio is not liable for injuries, health issues, or loss of personal belongings.
- Pregnant students must attain doctor’s clearance before attending classes.
- By attending, you confirm you are fit to participate and accept full responsibility for your health and safety.
2) General Terms
- All classes are subject to availability.
- The studio reserves the right to amend schedules and instructors.
3) Refund / Cancellation Policy
- We offer a 24-hour cancellation grace period on our pricing options. You may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
- After the grace period, the purchase is non-refundable. (this includes intro passes, casual classes, memberships, class packs, events, workshops, and retail purchases)
- Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the class start time to keep a class credit.
- Late cancellations (under 6 hours) or No-shows will result in loss of class credit.
- Weekly Unlimited Memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment.
- Membership payments are non-refundable, including unused weeks.
- Membership payments are scheduled weekly unless cancelled via email.
4) Equipment Provided
We provide yoga mats, blocks, bolsters, straps, and one hand towel per person. For your comfort and hygiene, we encourage you to bring your own yoga mat or sweat towel.
