20-Hour Practice Immersion | March 2026
With Masha & Ryan
Join Masha Gorodilova and Ryan Mannix for a 20-hour practice immersion in March 2026.
Created for both, yoga teachers ready to elevate their skills and confidence as well as dedicated practitioners eager to deepen their personal practice. This immersive, workshop-style experience is designed to expand your technical understanding and your connection to yoga as a way of life.
Through in-depth conversations on the yogic lifestyle, you’ll explore how the practice extends far beyond the mat and into daily living. Expect a strong emphasis on meditation, breathwork, and nervous system regulation, offering practical tools to cultivate clarity, balance, and inner peace. These subtle practices are paired with advanced, intelligently sequenced asana to refine technique, build strength, and unlock new physical potential.
You’ll be held in a supportive, inspiring community of like-minded practitioners and teachers, creating space for connection, growth, and shared learning.
