Welcome to Flight School, a monthly flight into the unknown with Eliza & Gisele…

After walking 280+ km of the Camino together, Eliza & Gisele had a lot of time to think and appreciate how far they had come in the Camino of life: “We realised challenge takes you somewhere comfort never will.”

So let’s keep going and growing together in a workshop series designed to unlock the postures already waiting within.
