Community Workshop with Masha

Join us for this complimentary community workshop designed to help you build the strength, stability, and body awareness needed to move through your yoga practice with greater confidence and ease.

Together we will explore the foundations of:

  • Bakasana (Crow Pose)

  • Sirsasana (Headstand)

  • Pincha Mayurasana (Forearm Stand)

This workshop is open to all levels. Come as you are, connect with community, and discover what you are capable of in a supportive and uplifting space.
